Hire Charges
We welcome hire enquiries from everyone. Garsington Village hall is supported by its community so preferential rates are offered to village residents and organisations. We have two pricing bands: weekdays and weekends. A minimum hire charge applies weekdays for bookings not exceeding one hour, and at weekends a minimum charge of two hours applies. Bookings are secured and confirmed upon payment of the appropriate deposits (see below).

Deposits:
A deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to confirm the booking, this is non-refundable should the event be cancelled.
An additional deposit of £150 is required for all party bookings, refundable on satisfactory inspection of the hall.
Repeat bookings for week-end evening hire will only be considered for a maximum of one month in advance.
